Payment terms are Net 30 days from the month of invoice. All invoices must be paid in full within the specified payment terms. Failure to comply may result in late fees, suspension of credit privileges, or legal action.

You will be considered in default if payment is not received by the due date or if you breach any other terms of this agreement. In case of default, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover the outstanding balance.

4. Online Store Terms
