Filter Replacement Registration and Warranty

Our products come with warranties ranging from 1 to 3 years, depending on the specific product. The warranty period commences from the date of purchase and covers defects in materials and workmanship within the stated period. Warranty coverage excludes labour and any consumable items, such as cartridges, unless explicitly stated.

To make a warranty claim, email info@micronwaterfilters.com.au with details of the defect, proof of purchase, and proof of installation by a licensed plumber (if applicable). The warranty applies only when the product has been used and/or installed according to the user guide and installation instructions and with genuine Micron Water Filters replacement cartridges, fittings, and components supplied by Micron Water Filters.

Micron Water Filters may, at its absolute discretion, reimburse reasonable, documented, and direct expenses incurred while claiming under this warranty. To request reimbursement, you must submit details and proof of expenses for consideration.

This warranty is provided in lieu of all other express or implied warranties. Micron Water Filters and the manufacturer shall not be held liable for consequential damages, delays, or faults resulting from incorrect manufacturing, installation, or use.

Important Notes:

  • All warranty claims must be approved by Micron Water Filters to ensure the product was not used, installed, or claimed incorrectly.
  • False or incorrect claims may result in chargeable inspection and labour costs incurred at Micron Water Filters’ discretion.
